FLUXUS F601 is the portable clamp-on flow meter of choice for service and maintenance activities, control and audit of measurement points not covered by permanent meters, or temporary replacement of permanently installed flow meters. The FLUXUS F601 is ready to measure in less than 5 minutes, including measuring pipe wall thickness, connecting the transducer to transmitter, setting up the flow meter, and mounting the transducer.

It features an ergonomic design for simple handling and maximum ease of use, yet is designed to easily withstand harsh industrial environments. In addition to the robust housing, it uses reliable and precise latching transducer connectors and stainless steel armored cables to prevent damage during daily operation. Additionally, automatic measurements can be made for up to 14 hours using a lithium-ion battery. Matched and paired transducers and sophisticated algorithms correct pipe wall echoes and erroneous transducer positions, ensuring reliable and highly accurate measurements even under the most challenging application conditions.

The new HybridTrek mode allows reliable and accurate measurement of liquid flow under conditions with high solid particle or gas loading rates. Also available in “Energy” and “Multifunction” versions, they are capable of measuring heat energy/BTU flow, making the flow meter an ideal companion for the analysis or audit of heating and cooling plants. The data collected can be used to perform a complete energy balance or to support process monitoring and optimization.
